Statement of Purpose

The Croft Practice provides high-quality, person-centred primary care services to our local community from our main site Eastergate Medical Centre. We are committed to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate healthcare that promotes wellbeing and prevents illness.

Our services include general medical consultations, chronic disease management, minor surgery, family planning, maternity and postnatal care, immunisations, diagnostic and screening procedures, and health promotion for patients of all ages.

We aim to ensure equitable access to care, uphold patient dignity, and continuously improve through feedback, clinical audit, and reflective learning. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to deliver care in line with NHS England and CQC standards, underpinned by our values of compassion, integrity, teamwork, and excellence.
