About The Croft Surgery

The Croft Surgery cares for a mainly rural population covering an area of some 30 square miles in West Sussex, surrounding the Five Villages. As members of the Primary Health Care Team, we are committed to giving the best possible care and service to our patients. We provide medical services from our two main surgeries in Eastergate and Yapton.
