When you attend the surgeries

You will be treated as an individual, ie with courtesy, dignity and respect regardless of your ethnic origin, religious beliefs, personal attributes or the nature of your health problems. A patient’s privacy will be respected at all times. Wherever possible, we will provide an area set aside for confidential conversation between patients and reception staff members.
