We are currently experiencing significant IT issues which are affecting our clinical systems, including Accurx.

This is impacting our ability to access and process patient requests as normal.

While these issues are ongoing, please only contact the Practice if your medical problem is urgent and cannot wait until our systems are restored.

If your request is routine or non-urgent, please wait and contact us once we confirm that our systems are working normally again. This will help us keep our telephone lines available for patients who need urgent medical assistance.

If you have a life-threatening medical emergency, please call 999.

We apologise for the disruption and appreciate your patience and understanding. We will provide an update as soon as our systems are fully operational again.
