If you are travelling abroad, you may need vaccinations to protect against illnesses found in other parts of the world.
If you feel you may need vaccinations in order to travel, please contact the surgery in good time before your departure date (at least 12 weeks prior to travel) to ensure a timely appointment with the nurse.
Travel Risk Assessment
- Complete the Travel Risk questionnaire online - This helps us determine if NHS-funded vaccines are needed and available.
- Our team will review your form and contact you to arrange any required NHS travel vaccines.
- If additional vaccines are needed that we cannot provide, we will advise you to arrange these with a private travel clinic.
