Home Visits
Requesting a home visit
Home visits, are made to patients who are too ill to attend the surgeries. To enable the Practice to triage calls, please make requests before 10.30 whenever possible. If telephoning the surgery please select the home visit line.
The receptionist will take details of your name, address, telephone number and an indication of the symptoms, as this helps us to triage and assess the priority of calls.
A doctor, urgent care practitioner, paramedic practitioner or advanced nurse practitioner will then either telephone, arrange video call, or visit as appropriate.
